A washed-rind dote from Moody Cow (Cranky Goat), near Linkwater in the Marlborough Sounds. Hellene and and Simon Lamb make delicious goat's milk cheeses in Spring and Summer and recently have perfected a small range of cow's milk cheeses to make year round. Soft and smelly rinded with a fresh lactic taste, approx 180 grams. Made with pasteurised cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
